What We Offer
Reboot offers both tailored and accredited coaching programmes. Clients have the option of achieving the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring in conjunction with partners.
Our training programme will provide you with all your training needs to develop the skills that you can put into action from your first session.
There are 2 options –
You can train for the Level 3 Award in Effective Coaching. This is an accredited programme with the ILM and you will undertake assessments and external review. The accreditation is with a partner company.
Additionally, currently Reboots signature Coach training programme is undergoing accreditation so it is valid for your CPD (Continuing Professional l Development) This offers flexibility in timescales and delivery.
